The function of the court
The USCK Court of Human Rights is an autonomous judicial institution whose purpose is the application and interpretation of the Southern Africa Republic Convention on Human Rights. The Court exercises its functions in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Convention and the present Statute.
The USCK Sovereign People's Court of Customary, Common and Natural Justice recognizes and affirms the following unalienable rights of all sovereign individuals:
1) Right to Life: The right to exist and live life without harm or injury from others.2) Right to Liberty: The right to freedom from oppression, slavery, and tyranny.
3) Right to Property: The right to own and control property without unwarranted interference or seizure.
4) Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression: The right to express thoughts, opinions, and ideas without fear of retribution or censorship.
5) Right to Freedom of Assembly and Association: The right to gather, associate, and organize with others for peaceful purposes.
6) Right to Freedom of Religion and Belief: The right to hold and practice beliefs without fear of persecution or coercion.
7) Right to Self-Defense: The right to defend oneself and one's property from harm or injury.
8) Right to a Fair Trial: The right to a just and impartial trial by a competent tribunal.
9) Right to Privacy: The right to privacy and protection from unwarranted surveillance or intrusion.
10) Right to Health and Well-being: The right to access healthcare, nutrition, and other essential resources for a healthy and fulfilling life.
11) Right to Education and Knowledge: The right to access information, education, and knowledge necessary for personal growth and development.
12) Right to a Clean and Healthy Environment: The right to a safe and sustainable environment, free from pollution and degradation.
13) Right to Free Movement and Travel: The right to move freely and travel without unwarranted restriction or impediment.
14) Right to Nationality and Citizenship: The right to a nationality and citizenship, and to equal protection under the law regardless of nationality or citizenship.
15) Right to Protection from Discrimination: The right to protection from discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, or other inherent characteristics.
